Liberal Judaism is restructuring and hiring three new administrative staff to work as part of a vibrant and friendly team at our Central London head office.

Each post is full time (35 hours per week), with a salary of £21k-£24 p/a (depending on experience). The appointed candidates should have experience in the following areas:

  • Dealing with a range of situations and stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal manner, in person on the phone and via email
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to multi-task
  • Use of spreadsheets, databases, diaries, email and word processing
  • Positive attitude to working as part of a team

This is an exciting joint initiative to bring Progressive Judaism to our students whilst at University. Qualified to be a member of the Assembly of Reform  Rabbis or the Liberal Conference of Rabbis and enthused by the opportunity of reaching out to our students, you will provide them with intellectual, spiritual  and experiential learning opportunities.

A natural communicator, with warmth and empathy you will provide pastoral support and care for our students as well as providing inspiration to student leaders. Your mentoring, caring and networking skills will be the key to the success. An excellent and charismatic communicator, you have the ability to proactively develop and deliver services and programmes that inspire students and encourage further engagement.

Happy to immerse yourself in a student environment, you will need to be prepared to undertake substantial travel across the UK and work flexibly at times when the students are available.
